Google Voice vs. Welsh Voice

So I’m a huge fan of Google Voice. One number to rule them all, ridiculously cheap international calling from my cell phone, SMS from my laptop - what’s not to love? I even love the feature where Google emails me a text rendition of voicemail people leave me. It’s not that bad and it works most of the time, but when my mum called this afternoon I think her Welsh accent confused it. This is what I got:
